GREAT overall experience. They were friendly. Fit me in on short notice. I broke my glasses. Were able to cut lens from old specs and pop in a different frame until my new glasses arrive.
All the staff are truly wonderful here. They are all kind and attentive. My experience with Dr. Balcombs was absolutely wonderful, very thorough, kind and clear in all that was happening. Strongly recommend
First visit was great, Next: Then I had a phone call to change my next appointment, and she was incredibly rude to me: Today: Getting ready for my appointment, I called as it was a holiday - office is closed - so she was not only rude, she booked me on a day the office was closed............
