Mountain View Optometry has been our family’s primary eye caregiver since we moved to Cochrane decades ago. All our visual needs are met. The staff are friendly and efficient and our annual visits are a pleasure. Thank you, Dr Wilk and team, for your excellent care all these years.
I had an emergency call for an eye bleed & Mountain View got me an appt in an hour w the wonderful technicians & then Dr Cee. Reception was very attentive to my call for help, and I said to them "there is nothing more important to me than my eye health" & she shot back in the kindest way "there is nothing more important to us than your eye health" . Love these folks! I'm a senior w a long history or torn retinas due to horse activities, outdoor lifestyle & miopic condition. They get me!
This was my second visit to Mountain View Optometry. All of the staff are super friendly and polite. They take the time to explain the different tests and did well to help me understand the changes to my eyesight.
If I could give 10 stars I would! I needed a replacement pair of glasses fairly urgently and I managed to get a same-day appointment at the Cochrane location. After narrowing down a few frames, Albin and another employee (I don’t recall her name but she was equally amazing.) provided some great feedback regarding fit and style Given that I have a fairly uncomplicated prescription and my need for glasses was urgent, Albin asked their lab if my order could be rushed and behold in about 30 minutes my glasses were ready.
