The service is usually great. My wife and I waited several months for appointments with Dr. Balliet. The day of our appointment, July 16, 2026, they were closed for vacation, and we were not given the opportunity to reschedule. An email or phone call to let us know would've been nice, but we understand they are busy. On July 20, 2026, we were rescheduled for July 28.
Always treated well.
Dr Balliet is such a nice guy, soft spoken, caring and compassionate. He is very knowledgeable.

Dr. Neeb and Dr. Balliet are both wonderful. Regina is very knowledgeable with vision insurance and the frame selection. Front office staff is always friendly. We've been coming here for over 15 years. They see adults and children.
