I hope I do justice to Troy and Deb, be cause everything was just perfect! We wave lived in the house about 8 or 9 months now. There have been no issues and any questions we had were quickly and pleasantly answered. During the planning phase whatever we requested was taken seriously and implemented. Not sure what happened but we lost all contact after a site visit and adjustments to our house plan. We were told there was a delay updating our quote due to a vendor rep having a medical emergency. After that, no return calls, texts or emails after multiple attempts. Due to family circumstances we could not continue to wait so we left one last message asking for an update or we would have to move on. We never heard back. We hired Mountian View Modular to install a new home. Very pleased with their quality. They also did a great job of communicating rhe timeline and they kept their schedule. We will most definitely use them again. They are also genuine people.
Hardest workers out there! I’d definitely come to them if you want a job done right. I wouldn’t trust anyone to do work for me except them. Highly recommend!!
