Very quiet and peaceful place been here for 2 years and never had any problems with anyone here.

It’s a great shady park to live in. It quiet and neighbors and management are very friendly. It’s well kept up and maintained except the water is well water and stinks like rotten eggs I wish they could just up the rent 25 bucks for every tenant and have The Culligan guy put filters or softeners to fix the water problem. If the water was good I would have given 5 stars. Besides the water issue it’s a wonderful peaceful place except a trailer in the front he rents his room to homeless people and that brings bad company around... read more
