This is the most absolutely worst place to live. They do absolutely no maintenence on the trailer,we are sitting and roasting from the heat because every single year they have to come and clean coils and add more freeon. We called last friday,nothing,call again today and she forgot. We can barely breath and I have a child with a hurt foot and asthma. My husband and I stayed for 2 years, and we have no huge complaints! They have an office in the mobile home park, with an emergency number if it isn't during office hours. Our pipes froze once last winter and they were quick to come and fix it after we called. If there is something that you need worked on and it's not an emergency, they have work orders you can fill out and drop off to the maintenance men.
