First off lets start by saying Jeff Benton Homes and John Wisda AKA Wiskids are slum lords. They own this property and do nothing to clean it up. They have hired a moron to manage the place, she tells residents about other residents personal issues like it was a water cooler meeting. The lots are not kept, it looks like mexico there. The yards look like outdoor hobo storage, and yet they do nothing to clean it up. All they do is collect the rent and run. Personal opinion, the place is a crap hole.
Excellent prices and security Rates are 1/2 of the other storage facilities in Madison and Huntsville Office open 6 days a week.
