The quality of care our family receives is amazing! Both the staff & Dr. Phil always make my family feel heard & cared for. We are thankful to have this clinic. There is no other urgent care in Yakima like Mountain View!
I’ve heard great things about Mountain View Medical and got sick and had to find out for myself. The web appointment system was fast and simple, the receptionist was attentive and SO helpful, the nurse was professional and compassionate, and then the physician promptly came in and was exceptional. Really appreciate Phill for squeezing me in and being so thorough with his evaluation of my symptoms. You can tell he really cares. I respect the fact that he wanted more testing at the hospital to rule out me having a stroke before sending me home. Would definitely recommend him to anyone.
