Doctors are great and some of the receptionists are very nice. However, there are some receptionists (or maybe just one) that sounds so annoyed every time that you call (which is about 2 times per year) and asking for anything (appointments, assistance, records). Being pleasant on the phone goes a long way.

worst clinic I’ve ever been. they are not committed to their time of business. it happened twice in a row that called earlier and asked about their timeline of accepting patients and they said walking until 3 pm, once I was there 2:30 but the doctor already left! even though I called few hours earlier and asked about it but they didn’t tell me. second time I was there 10 minutes before 3 pm and they refused to let me see doctor because the doctor decided to have his last patient before end of time and not accepting anymore! ... read more

Dr Ivan Dsouza is the best Doctor I have ever experienced who cares about his patients and is very kind. I feel very blessed to have a Doctor like him. I can't Thank him enough.

This is a location recommended to others and for the province to be aware this team has done incredibly well to assist with my medical needs and mental health. The front line staff have gone over board to accommodate including Dr. Chua one of the exceptional physicians in this province! He should be highly recognized for his dedication and ongoing commitments especially with the medical challenges. Keep up the exceptional competencies to do the best for the communities!
