Friendly staff and prompt service
Woefully unprofessional. My former doctor moved to this practise, so I called in to see if I could make an appointment and continue in her care. I advised them that my needs were somewhat important due to a recent accident. The receptionist wrote down my details and said she would call me after speaking to said doctor. I never received any call so I tried to follow up on the phone and via email and have never received any form of response from them after waiting for several weeks.
Twee super vriendelijke dames aan de balie en uiterst behulpzaam. Afspraak met huisarts verloop snel. Als toerist betaal je 75 AUD per consultatie en met een Medicare zou je daar ongeveer de helft van terug moeten kunnen krijgen. Snelle diagnose en medicatie directvte verkrijgen bij de apotheek ernaast.
I have been going to this clinic for several years and always found the service to be up there with the best.......I have recently changed my GP to Dr Michael, he IS the best!!!!! His attention and focus on detail is outstanding and I can't recommend him more highly. His explanations are easy to understand and he is never in a hurry to get the patient out of his room....he has no hesitations about phoning someone more qualified should he require further information to make his diagnosis.
