This place reeks of incompetence. When I first attended my consult, I was very upfront with all relevant information. I answered every question they asked thoroughly and honestly. Due to a last minute family emergency, I also had to bring my 8 month old son. During the consult, they took scans of my eyes, asked about family history, and if I was still breastfeeding, along with other pertinent questions.
