Eric is an absolute rockstar! We had a budget and he found a couple units that fit the budget, i ultimately ended up buying a 2026 Durango. This man will go above and beyond for his customers! Well done sir! Overall 100% better experience this time around well done mountain view dodge!!
So on an out of town job we ran into some mechanical trouble on our way home. We needed to bring our truck to service first thing in the morning in a pinch. With bookings going out 2 weeks, Mountainview Dodge was able to squeeze us in and fix our issue. My coworker and I were pleased that we were finally were able to make it home that day. The knowledge from the tech team and service all around was excellent. While I may not be looking for a vehicle this moment id definitely keep these guys and gals in mind when I am. 10/10
I went to mountainview dodge not exactly looking for something new i was satisfied with the vehicle I had but there were a few things I didn't love about it. The salesman Dylan that I spoke to was super helpful with helping me find the vehicle I loved. Eric Nowak worked very hard for us to get us the best rates and helping us financially with this process. We were not really in the best position or wanting to trade in however Eric helped us see that we would benefit more if we traded now rather than wait. Would recommend anyone to seek out help from Eric
