Honesty is their best policy. My Dodge Grand Caravan had been having issues with both the sliding doors so I phoned the Mountain View Dodge dealership. I was able to talked to Vanessa the manager at Parts & Services. I was asking for a quote on my Van, she said she will look into it. I take my old Dodge in for all service, repair and detailing needs. I’m always treated well.
My Spring check up's and tire rotations went very well early April 2025. The booking process is super easy and MVD always follow up which is convenient. The service day went very well and MVD also helps with transport. Make sure you ask for a MOPAR savings coupon as the service tower can set it up right there and they do. Vanessa is the best. Great place to get scheduled maintenance done
I would highly recommend Mountain View Dodge! The service I received was outstanding including every person that I dealt with at the dealership. I had truck trouble a few hours away from home and they made the process very easy for me. I was incredibly impressed to find that my truck has been fully cleaned and detailed inside and out when I picked it up. I would defintely purchase a vehicle from them and look forward to my next experience with their team. Good job!
