It's been 12 years and they still refuse to fix the pothole issues or the issues with bottoming out cars on their insanely high "speedbumps" even when you're coasting through on idle... but other than that, they do their due diligence to keep as much of the drug dealing population out of the park as possible, so can't complain too much... (from living at 127 & 129) Pat verbally assaults residents in the office after making sure there are no witnesses, they have illegally fined for 112 when my lease is for 113 multiple times ... read more
I recently worked on a bathroom with habitat for humanity in this park. The so called carpenter in the maintenance program did such a poor job. I've been a carpenter for better than 30 years. Habitat for humanity butchered this house. Don't use habitat for humanity for house repairs.
Thay do not police the lots.
