Worst doctor’s office I’ve ever dealt with!! Its beyond concerning the way patients are treated by the front desk staff. The receptionists have been consistently rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. On more than one occasion, I was spoken to in a condescending tone, met with smirks, and even given inaccurate information. My family receive excellent care at the clinic.
Ladies at the front extremely rude, Doctors in the back obviously support them and the whole office suffers...
I can't believe I actually had given this office 5 stars, about 2 years ago. I'm sad to say it's now a 1 star, in my opinion. I pulled into the parking lot 6 mins late went in and it was no later than 10 mins (at the front desk, because my stomach was in pain), and that day my car wouldn't start, and this lady at the front desk seemed to find it a joy to cancel me?
