Staff is super nice and makes me feel at ease.
The reception staff are lovely, but there is no respect for my time. I come in for Botox for my migraines, and while I understand things can run late, there's no reason I should be 45 minutes behind my appointment time with no acknowledgement that they've put me off of my work schedule. I'm disappointed in this blatant and almost casual dismissal of me as a patient and someone that is actively trying to mitigate a neurological disease.
If you can, avoid this place. This is not an honest place and it is all about the money they can make from you. It was like I was in Vegas and they saw me as one of those machines...how much money they can get from me. I have special need kids and I have gone to a lot of specialist. This one was for me. From the moment I sit down for my first appointment, I notice that all they did was to order things and provide this and that and tones of test and shots they wanted to do. I've had a really great experience so far. I've been doing regular infusions for over a month now. Staff is amazing. Doctors actually listened to me for once. I know not everyone's experience is the same, but I have been all over the valley trying to get some pain relief without having to rely on narcotics all of the time, and this is the first place who listened to me.
