TERRIBLE customer service. I cant even believe some of the ladies at the front desk have a job. I know i wouldnt hire them. They make it feel like its an inconvience when asked to do something to switch pcps. I switched my doctors office for a reason. I dont want to go somewhere where their employees belittle you. Its your job to fax papers. Not mine. If i could have done it myself I would have. Crabby, old, unhappy, misreable women work in this place.
