Needed an emergency root canal this week before heading on a 2 week vacation to Mexico. Dr. Thompson’s office, reception, and assistant team were all amazing in recognizing the urgency of getting me in quickly, working around my practicum schedule and being fast and efficient getting the treatment done before I leave the country. I have a lot of anxiety in the dentist chair and the team was so understanding and kind. Much appreciated thank you so much!

The best dentist office I’ve ever been to! The staff goes out of their way to explain procedures and finances clearly and make sure that patients feel comfortable in all aspects. Everyone is kind, caring, and provides quality dentistry in an efficient manner. So happy to have found the amazing team at Mountain View Family Dental, we are lucky to have such an awesome health care provider here in the Kootenays.

I had my root canal done at this clinic almost a year ago, and it doesn't look like it was the cause of the pain. There's still very dull pain in the same area, it's not as sharp anymore as there's no nerve, obviously. Later on, I tried to reschedule my check up appointment planned for March, which got simply canceled without letting me know that the next availability is in December. The communication is terrible, and the quality of work done is also questionable.

By far best dentist visit I’ve had! Definitely recommend, very nice people!
