I stopped going here because every time they do something to make my glasses crooked, and falling off my face. they can never get the glasses right, even though you as a customer spend a ton of money on your glasses and expect them to fit your face correctly. smh.

Exam and experience was fine my appointment was November 8th its December 3rd i still don't have my glasses. That's never happened even the VA is quicker. Someone needs to work the problem I'm going to suggest my company gets vouchers elsewhere until they solve their supply problem
I've been a long time patient here at this location. Probably about since the time they opened in mountain view. I've noticed in the recent past the quality of service has diminished and the prices have gone up. Today I stopped in just to order a new set of glasses. Nothing more. No eye exam ...no fitting ....just order a simple set of glasses using my most recent prescription.
