I've been a long time patient here at this location. Probably about since the time they opened in mountain view. I've noticed in the recent past the quality of service has diminished and the prices have gone up. Today I stopped in just to order a new set of glasses. Nothing more. No eye exam ...no fitting ....just order a simple set of glasses using my most recent prescription. I ordered my glasses may 3rd. I was told 10 to 14 days. I still haven't received them yet. They keep telling me it's the labs fault. I was told befor labor day weekend that they would be finish that friday and would be overnighted. So when i called back they said the lab was still working on them. I will never go back there.
