UPDATE: once the contract is signed, things change. Several mistakes made by the realtor and builders, but it’s my fault I didn’t double check their work and documentation? Their goal is to cover themselves, and you as the client are on your own. Read the contract very carefully. Their subcontractors charge CRAZY prices for simple/minimal upgrades and their work is sub-par. At least when I have an issue the subs take accountability and make it right.
