Walk in to clean office & greeted. Polite staff, patient nurses, & compassionate doctors. For a very invasive procedure, they make you feel comfortable.
Unfortunately, my recent experiences at this clinic have been disappointing. The doctors I saw appeared uninformed, lacked efficiency, and came across as dismissive and unapproachable. I hope the clinic takes steps to improve the quality of care and professionalism.
