My husband had a procedure done at this location. They were very helpful, and the procedure went well. Unfortunately, the communication between staff, billing, and insurance was not good. When at the appointment, they said insurance would cover the procedure then later billed us for what they said insurance would cover. When we called to ask why, they said they could file an appeal. The Endodontist did great throughout and in communicating. Disappointment came with billing. I paid the out of pocket and then was hit with another bill for $303. I called to ask about it and got a voicemail back saying it was from the CT scan...I had paid the extra amount from that the day of. When I called back they said they didn't know why and said they would have the billing manager call me. No call. I called again when I got another bill. The staff was very helpful and kind. Dr. Gibby is personable, professional, and explained the procedure clearly. I will return to see him if I need additional work done.
