I had a root canal done today with Dr. Netzel and felt so well taken care of from start to finish. I called because I was in a lot of pain, and they were able to get me in the very next day. The whole team was kind, professional, and made me feel comfortable through the entire process. I would highly recommend Dr. Netzel to anyone needing dental care!
I literally had to write this as soon as I walked out of their office! I had an exceptional experience at this office. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed, I felt kindness, and felt safe . the dental assistant ( I forgot her name but I loved her! ) she was incredibly warm and made me feel at ease. Thanks to Maria for getting me in sooner than scheduled. Dr. Netzel and rest of staff were awesome and very focused on making sure I was informed and comfortable. Thank you to the whole team.
Everyone in this office treated me very well. My initial appointment was scheduled very quickly after my first call and then I was given an appointment the next day to fix my cracked tooth and perform a root canal procedure. Dr. Netzel explained everything very clearly to me. He did everything he could to relieve my pain on my first visit and during the procedure. The office ladies were very courteous and kind. His dental assistant was amazing and made me feel very comfortable and safe.
