Real shady company don't deal with them
Might want to give Mrs. Sue in accounting an attitude adjustment. I called trying to find a property management team for a home and the first time I called she was very rude stated she wasn't interested as if I was trying to sell her something so I called again and informed her that I have nothing to sell just trying to get some information to help someone and Sue was then again rude and hung up.. people who answer phones for a business should have a bit more etiquette especially when dealing with the public or just other pe... read more
Poor customer support and shady practices. One of their trucks had small debris coming out while on Rt 78. A rock hits my wife's windshield, making a large crack and makes her swerve on the highway, she gets their name from the side and I call them on her behalf. Steve answers and says no need for a police report and that they've addressed this before in the past, will cover insurance deductible. He says they'll give me a call back, it never happens.
