Though, not my "regular" dentist, I had occasion to use the services of Dr Ladd, and I was VERY happy with the service provided! Excellent doctor, FRIENDLY office and support staff. Recommended! They continue to impress! I'll update. After my regular dentist retired, and her replacement refused to provide my wife an "emergency appointment", Mountain View became our "default" dentist. (They DID provide the emergency care, and my "old dentist" DID refer me to them that one time she COULDN'T provide the necessary care). I do li... read more
They got me in even though my appointment was for the next week. I appreciate that good quick service.
Today nothing was the same. The person that clean my teeth never spoke to me never made conversation. The whole she was taking to her assistant and it was nothing but personal stuff never asked me anything or made conversation with me. Didn’t even get thank you
I’ve never been to a medical facility that was so poorly run. The little office had paper stacked everywhere couldn’t find hardly anything. They never looked at my stat sheet that I filled out The day before and we’re going to suggest extraction of a tooth when I had been on blood thinners because of a heart attack And open-heart surgery just months ago When I explained it to the doctor, He indicated he had no clue as to my health condition and said that he would not be able to do it that he would write up a referral to a su... read more
