We offer a variety of different services to fit patient's needs. New as of October 2018, we now offer official therapy dog services through St. John Ambulance. Absolutely wonderful people & service, Dr Scott Kennedy is the best dentist I've consulted! 11/10
Staff is friendly. Have been going here for over 15 plus years. Their office is clean and comfortable. Parking is easy and free. The location is good, being close to main routes/ highways. Building has an elevator to use as they are on the 2nd floor. The only issue we have is that it seems like they have taken too many patients on how. If you have to rebook an appointment for a cleaning because life happens and what you book 9 months prior may not work, it can take 6 plus months for a new appointment. How is a place this bad at customer service allowed to stay open? Dental system in our country is a joke.
This place is a little confusing because there is an office downstairs and one on the second floor. The one on the main floor seemed very rude, terrible reception. All the staff on the second floor were so kind! They were able to get us in the same day because they had a cancellation. Wait times were fast, they were very pleasant and able to help with antibiotics for my husband’s infected tooth! would definitely recommend the upstairs location
They've been amazingly fast both times I've needed a dental emergency and they're very accomodating of those that might have fears while sitting to get work. They also have access to the scanning equipment for anyone in need of a biteplate that can't handle the molds due to fears or heavy gag reflexes, and the appointments are very quick. The prices are also very, very fair compared to other dentists in the area, especially when it comes to x-rays. Highly recommend.
