My Experience with mountian view dental was amazing the staff was so friendly and professional. Dr.Stella Tami was so friendly and she took the time to explain everything to me. My experience with one of her staff for my cleaning was great made me feel comfortable, was super friendly. Definitely looking forward to my next visit.
I am not satisfied with my first cleaning. The hygienist was too heavy-handed, which caused my gums to bleed. The water spray and vacuum also splashed on my face. For the high price, I expected better care, but the cleaning was done very quickly even though it had been almost three years since my last one (we just moved here to New Brunswick). Staff is friendly. Have been going here for over 15 plus years. Their office is clean and comfortable. Parking is easy and free. The location is good, being close to main routes/ highways. Building has an elevator to use as they are on the 2nd floor. The only issue we have is that it seems like they have taken too many patients on how. If you have to rebook an appointment for a cleaning because life happens and what you book 9 months prior may not work, it can take 6 plus months for a new appointment.
