I called at least 6 times during business hours and had to leave messages that were never returned. Finally got an appointment, the office and exam rooms were dirty with a half inch of dirt accumulated on the electric cords, and I was given sample sensodyne toothpaste that had expired 2 years ago. It took 3 weeks before they returned my call to schedule 2nd visit. I decided not to take a chance because of the dirt and expired stuff.

Can I tell you how much I love Dr Mallory and his staff. I have major anxiety and seeing a dentist has not been a priority in the past 5 years so I needed a lot of work done. Dr Mallory listen to my concerns, made me very comfortable, and he went above and beyond to get me through a 3 hour appointment(my choice if I’m gonna be there I wanted to get as much done as possible) I actually made an appointment before I left to finish up the rest of my work next week!
