RecommendedMy wife and I enjoy cycling, but we’re in our 70s with creaky knees and joints, so mostly what we’ve been doing is biking on flat trails. We live off French Gulch, so we could ride into CDA but couldn’t pedal up the hill to get back home. John Bowman recently sold us a couple of ebikes, and it was love at first sight! What a rush! I just dropped off my messed up mountain bike at Mountain View and John with his patience and expertise spent way more time than he should to diagnose the problems, find solutions and get my Old Steed back on the trails! I recently took my bike in for a tune up and to have my broken rear shock repaired. The guys did a great job communicating with me on things. The quality and attention to detail of their work when I got it back was very impressive. Keep up the great work! Highly recommend!
Went in today just to look and ask questions. Came out with the perfect bike. Jim was so knowledgeable and friendly. Did everything he possibly could to find the right bike for me. From books, magazines, internet and what he had in stock. Exception customer service. Definitely posseses the great small town business feel other places are lacking these days. Did I mention exquisite customer service? I can't wait to tell all my friends.
