Our roof is less than 2 years old and had a leak. Customer support was very slow to respond, taking multiple weeks, and them more time to come out to fix the roof. Since then, they have ignored our contacts regarding support in fixing the damages done. Very disappointing. Edit to add pictures of the emails in photos of the "customer service" provided.
