The staff is rude and unprofessional. I don't appreciate getting e-mails telling me other tenants have not paid their rent. The office does not recieve phone calls, and they can't get a simple thing like checking an e-mail. For those who need a more specific, a screen shot of a renters insurance policy with a policy number, a name of company, a phone number of agent, and a dates of being active they can't figure out has been in effect, but I can tell you they have no problem sending you a bill or a fine.
