I went into Mountain View with a lingering low-grade headache. After just 15 minutes of red light therapy, I walked out headache-free. The experience was relaxing, the staff was kind, and the results were relieving. Highly recommend this for those looking for a natural way to ease tension or headaches.
The staff at Mountain Valley are incredibly caring and compassionate
all of the employees at this location commit to the improvement of mental health for each individual that walks through their door. with empathy, compassion, and grace, they all encourage emotional growth for every individual. without the ladies in this practice, our valley would be heavily in the mental trenches!
Have had wonderful, helpful, healing counseling sessions. Mountainview Counseling has a variety of therapists to meet with kids, individual adults, and couples. Highly recommend.
Kelsi is one of the most incredible people I’ve had the pleasure to meet and receive services from. She and her team have gone above and beyond their job description to support me and my wellbeing. Therapy is not a “one size fits all” thing, I had tried a handful and was left discouraged. I gave therapy one last chance when I needed it most, and Mountainview had just opened.
