We were in town for a funeral this week. When we pulled into town on Monday evening, there was something majorly wrong with our car. We called the service department first thing Tuesday morning at 8am. The staff was very friendly. I explained the situation. They were very accommodating and asked if I could leave my car there for the day and they would work it in. I let them know that would work out great. They are really nice people, but they screwed me over more than once. First truck i got from them messed up and the extended warranty didnt cover it so they traded me in. Left me a 5 000 roll over on the truck i didnt want to trade in the first place and when I went to get the title for the second truck. They gave me the old title and I had to drive all the way back up there. Not to mention the 2 closed car accounts so close together, dropped my credit scor like 100 points, now the second truck is messing up. A $53k truck!
