I called to book an ultrasound and, based on the reviews here, I was surprised they actually answered after about 10 min. Turns out it was radiology and I was transferred. Nobody picked up and I left a message with my details as instructed, this was two weeks ago and I still haven’t heard back. In the meantime I got my ultrasound done at a different clinic. My family doctor is at this location and she is amazing and I’ve had good experiences with the other departments here, not sure what is going on with the imaging center. ... read more
I show up on time to find no one at the reception. 30 mins of trying the security guy who doesn’t care and calling an operator twice finally got someone out just to say that its too late for the appointment now. Zero attempt to accommodate. The girl working here simply doesn’t care.
What a joke. They will NOT answer the phone. You have to leave a message with all of your details and then they call you back. But if you miss their call, you once again have to leave a message with all of your details. What kind of place is this??? How are patients supposed to feel about the care the might receive? So sad and lazy.
What an awful experience I had with this one. Whew! 0 stars! I've been trying to call for over 2 weeks and no one ever picks up or calls back! This is so horrible. It's like they don't care about patients at all. Even my doc knows about this i'm sure but still recommends me to go only here for the ultrasound. So pathetic. I'm not sure how this place is even surviving with this kind of reviews. I just see an apology for every review but no actions taken at all! Why bullshit and play with people's lives? They scheduled ultrasound for a child less than 10 yo at 4pm with instructions to not eat or drink anything since midnight the previous day. Ultrasound cannot be scheduled or rescheduled online and no one ever picks up the phone. I gave up after waiting for 50 mins+ multiple times, ultimately I had to drive over. It’s the worst experience ever.
