RecommendedI love it here. The grounds are kept beautifully and it is peaceful. Maintenance is very responsive to requests and get things fixed quickly and efficiently. The office staff is friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Mountain View Casitas!
Please do not move in here. After months of struggling to get my deposit back, they have disconnected their number. The supervisor who was supposedly helping me only calls me from a restricted number so now I have no contact information. I attempted to email the CEO as well as several executives over a week ago and no one will help. I submitted my 60 day notice in January, moved out in March. Received a bill for April, and was told it was an error. Never got my security depos... Continue Reading
As much as I love the place it pains me to leave a negative review. The staff is (for the most part) friendly and the manager is a great guy. However nice faces doesn't fix the issues I've been having since day one. Before I even moved in I had to have my unit changed, causing me to have to change my APS and Cox info last minute, then came the late cleaning crew causing me to delay my move in by almost 8 hours, and then the plethora of broken things in my unit upon move in.
