We had reservations for over 2 months. When we arrived the place was closed and no one would answer any line that was listed. I finally got some info to be able to text and was told our rooms were not available. They had a restraining order against them and in a law suit. No one contacted us! We had ridden 300 miles on motorcycle, 6 couples! We had to find other lodging on the fly!
We arrived today after a 13 hr car ride from Texas, confirmation emailed to us 3 days ago confirming cabin. We arrive during business hours to check in and the office is locked up tight. All calls to multiple numbers were sent to voicemail with no return calls. Rang the blink doorbell multiple times, anticipating a remote answer - nothing. We made a reservation for our stay and received email confirmations and drove 900 miles from Texas. We tried calling the office multiple times to advise of our late arrival during business hours and no one answered the phone and voicemail were not returned. We arrived and called the numbers on the office door as instructed and those phone calls were also ignored but I received a text from Mital Patel telling me that they could not rent cabins per a law firm and when I showed him proof of my confirmation, he ignored me. I enjoyed my stay so much. It's clean and quiet. I'd love to go back. I highly recommend it.
Stay with this company all the time. Great views and great prices. Anyone can afford a cabin.
