We have been a customer of MVB for over 16 years. Everyone over the years has provided impeccable customer service for both our personal as well as our business accounts. MVB closed my “spend and savings” accounts without knowledge or any explanation. This was three weeks ago and still haven’t received any communication or my funds. I have filed a complaint with the FDIC and others as well as reported the for theft of funds to the state attorney generals office. This bank is a fraud and horrible run. Run away from the before they steal from you.
This is a true small business owners bank. Their methods, customer service and efficiencies are solid for personal accounts but beyond excellent for business accounts. Significantly superior to other 'local' and national banks I have had accounts at in the past.
