We have been a customer of MVB for over 16 years. Everyone over the years has provided impeccable customer service for both our personal as well as our business accounts. They provide all the services of a huge corporate bank without all the red tape. You speak with an actual person who knows who you are, rather than just being another account number. Anyone who prefers to deal with real people who really care about you and your financial affairs should make the change to MVB !!!
MVB closed my “spend and savings” accounts without knowledge or any explanation. This was three weeks ago and still haven’t received any communication or my funds. I have filed a complaint with the FDIC and others as well as reported the for theft of funds to the state attorney generals office. This bank is a fraud and horrible run. Run away from the before they steal from you.
