Hard to get ahold of on the phone and don’t expect a call back. 3 out of the 4 times stopped by no one was there. Finally got to pick up my cart and it’s in worse shape then when dropped of for service.
We purchased two golf carts locally that needed some work done to be operational again. We brought them to Mountain View to have them rewired, new switches put in and a few other items looked at. After 3 weeks of being at the shop and leaving multiple voicemails asking for updates with no return calls, the owner finally called to say he couldn’t fix the switch and to come by Monday afternoon (yesterday) to pick them up.
