I have called several times and left messages waiting for my son's hearing aids to come in and it's been 2 months going on 3 I've gotten no return calls back no one answers the phone and I'm left wondering what's going now going on 6 months and no hearing aids for my son I think this place does nothing but pretend to work

This place is horribly slow and inefficient! I have been trying to get hearing aids, ALREADY PAID FOR, for over a month with still no definitive answer as to when they will be in!
I have Meniere's disease. Kerry was instrumental with my proper diagnosis and has been my audiologist since early in 1980. Over the years I have purchased several pairs of hearing aids and have had them serviced and repaired as needed. I have always received excellent care and service over the years. I do recommend her.
