Not worth it. $2000 a month and the apt is poorly built, old sliding doors, poorly insulated, bad parking situation, some of the outlets don’t work, the AC is weak, my living room flooded during a storm, from a side wall that was never looked at. I did a few mold tests and they all failed except one.
