Renter Beware My wife and I THOUGHT we had a home to rent through Catlin Properties. We were quoted $995 a month for rent and told that the current tenants were going to move out the middle of the month. We kept calling, were told our credit had been approved, and expected to hear a move-in date just any day. Then, my wife discovered the same house advertised on Craigslist for $1,100. unhappy renter I have been in the same place for five years. My neighbors less then a month. During that time I have called them and the cops several times over noise at 3 in the morning. They do nothing.Also in that five years I have never made a complaint about any neighbor. I guess as long as you pay your rent you can do anything.All I ask is for fairness. If this problem is ever resolved you will see another posting.
