Have been using this vet for 13 years now. Lost my 2 pugs 2 years ago. Recently bought a new pup. What happened to this place? The staff doesn’t put notes in the books. mention the concern for my puppy, was told this wasn’t an appt for that, that we needed a different appt when I mentioned on the Friday before this was also a concern of ours. "On January 17, 2021 I took my Great Dane, Sassy to Mountain View Animal Emergency Hospital in Hagerstown MD when she was experiencing Respiratory Distress and "THE MOMENT THAT I DID, HER LIFE WAS IN JEOPARDY".
