Since being purchased by Encore Fire Protection systems, this company - now called Encore Fire Protection Co - has lost all credibility. I was originally told $8k for work over two phases, no formal quote was provided. They completed the first phase, then when the second phase came around, they said the actual amount of money was $14k and they refused to complete the rest of the work unless I paid the extra.
