I went to get my 2015 Jeep serviced 2 days in a row, and Angel Adams was the service manager, she is outstanding in her scheduling and her caring and the way she takes care of customers. She is so service and customer service oriented. Also, Tracy did the service and he is fantastic and even worked thru lunch to make sure I could get my Jeep done in a timely manner. Terrible communication. They had my vehicle 24 hours before the appointment time and then 24 hours after the appointment they never took it in to look at it. They never called us to let us know they were running behind., Them and my husband called them and told them we would just pick it up. The service tech got an attitude and when we got there to pick it up, he had parked it way out in the parking lot just to be a jerk. If you take a vehicle there, I would demand good communication upfront! Will be using Jackie Jones
I went to Mountain Valley last year because I needed help canceling something on my Jeep that I didn’t realize I had signed up for. As a first-time car buyer and with my wedding just a week away, I was pretty overwhelmed. Mountain Valley was the only dealership able to get me in quickly when I needed it most.
