I couldn’t recommend Todd enough. He helped me out immensely on a last minute, weekend water valve leak. Super knowledgeable, kind, prompt, and incredibly helpful to work with.

Our water heater went out the day we had company arriving. I was able to troubleshoot it and know it was the bottom heating element, but I was unable to fix myself due to an extreme amount of sediment build up. Mountain Valley Plumbing and Heating answered my call at 9:30 pm and was able to get a technician out the next day. He was able to replace the element and clear some sediment and get us back on our feet so we have some time to save and plan a big expense (replacing it). Had a service call on my hot water heater as I I thought I might need a replacement water heater as it wasn’t holding the temperature for a long time. They had some good news for me said they were just going to adjust the temperature up some and said that should take care of the problem. If I need a replacement I will sure keep them in mind as they were very helpful and friendly. Nice to know we have these type of service individuals to help us out! Thank you!
