Hard to get help with questions on prescriptions prescribed by doctor.
Amazing staff in all areas. Warm, kind and professionally excellent in every way. I've been a patient for many years and would never go anywhere else. The doctors and staff actually listen to patients. Very rare these days.
Absolutely horrible, I was absolutely disappointed how mislead I was. Aware of patient prior to treating and then stopping treatment without warning..As she knew she was giving too much medication. As anyone with mental health and addiction. Staff and physicians need more education and proper bed side manner. I shared this to a colleague of hers. She advised to report. This says Alot.. assuming it goes on often. Now she is being transferred to Ludlow office.
My family has been associated with the center since 1987. The front desk, medical staff and all associated with the clinic have been caring, accountable, and responsive to our needs, exams are thorough, and referrals to specialists have been excellent.
