I went to Jessica for a 90 minute treatment for some cycling related soreness. She was fantastic in finding all the spots and used different techniques to help work through the self inflicted tension from climbing mountains on a bike. Jessica's presence was calm and soothing, and she knew instinctively how much pressure to apply. Definitely recommend her!
Jess has such a sublime balance of technique in both relaxation and remedial that I go to her for both, knowing I will always walk out feeling wonderful. She is both skilled and intuitive at easing tension - her massages are incredibly nurturing (I have drooled with relaxation!) and she has helped heal my bad back pain and tension.
