Its taken me a week to write this post because I truly don't know how to correctly convey how much I loved my experience here. Let me tell you I had dealt with a dodge Chrysler Jeep dealership in Hayesville NC for three years. Worst experience I've ever had. Very responsive to our needs and super friendly. Austen listen carefully to the issues and everything got resolved! Also had an issue with an out-of-state dealership and Austen was very helpful to make that resolution convenient and easy for us.
