Got into a car accident a few weeks ago. My jeep ended up being a total loss. Since my vehicle had been totaled, I was only allowed to use my rental for 7 days. I ended up speaking with Jameson and he literally worked magic for me me in just a day. I have never walked into a dealership by myself to purchase a vehicle. On top of that I am a single momma with not so great credit. Jameson was able to work on a deal just for me and I was able to purchase a vehicle on my own! I am so very thankful for him and his crew!
I went to get my 2015 Jeep serviced 2 days in a row, and Angel Adams was the service manager, she is outstanding in her scheduling and her caring and the way she takes care of customers. She is so service and customer service oriented. Also, Tracy did the service and he is fantastic and even worked thru lunch to make sure I could get my Jeep done in a timely manner. Went to a local Jeep dealer in Hayesville, North Carolina to purchase my wife a new Rubicon X. The worst experience I’ve ever had in my life. The next day, I called Mountain Vally Motors and talk to a Mr. Allen who is the sales manager. Said he would do everything he could to earn my business.
