I will not use a facility that outsources their billing. If you have a question regarding your statement, they give you an 877 number. You go through all their prompts and find voice mail - no human. Very frustrating. I want a facility that I can walk into with my statement and have it explained in person, if I have a question regarding. AND SOMEONE THAT CAN SPEAK ENGLISH THAT I CAN UNDERSTAND!!! We will not go back to this company. We had our services done in the Pocatello facility.
