Diego arrived right at the scheduled time, quickly determined the problem (a clogged drain line), quickly unclogged the line and modified the line so it could be quickly be cleared should the problem occur again. He also explained how the drain shut off system works and communicates with the thermostats on both our systems that I had missed. Great work!
First of all, I appreciated the communications. Very Important for service organizations to do. Secondly, your service technician, Johnny Riggs, was very thorough and efficient. He was very personable and enthusiastic about his assigned task. And, he not only solved my HVAC problem, but performed a function that would disable the HVAC system if the problem cause re-appeared in the future, as well as, arranging for a larger condensation tray to be fabricated and installed, as we requested.
