Mtn Valley Appliance folks were very nice! It was a little hard to reach them on the phone at one point, but they explained that there had been a family emergency, so I assume this is unusual. Clint was very friendly, and we felt very comfortable having him in our home. He clearly knew what he was doing and offered good advice about the wear and tear on our dryer. He also had very low cost of labor compared to other repairs I've heard of from other folks. Would recommend them!
I called Mountain Valley Appliance to fix my dryer and they said they would call Monday to set up an appointment. At 8:00 Monday morning, they called and set up an appointment for that day. The service man was on time and knew exactly how to fix my dryer. The best part is the price was reasonable! They charged half what another company quoted for the service call plus the labor and parts were reasonable. I will definitely call them again next time I need an appliance repaired.
