What a mess this agency has become. We used them four years ago and had a fabulous experience. This year, we attempted to book the same trip as our prior experience but with a heap of difficulty. Our agent could hardly respond to email, and when she did none of our questions were answered and no clear instruction was given. Upon arrival, our private driver had been switched to a shuttle bus.
