Just taken delivery of a mountain trail van that was ordered in September 2024. After the initial deposit was paid in early October, nothing was heard from the company until an invoice was sent for the deposit for the build to start (12 weeks before completion of the van ) so that puts the van to be completed in June. After hearing no more we made an enquiry as to when the van would be completed and we were told there was a delay and the van would be ready early July. A huge shout out to the Mountain Trail RV Crew at the Gold Coast. We are on a trip from Moss Vale NSW. Exploring free camps along the way to Queensland when our water pump decided to play up. We had stopped Wednesday night near Nabiac NSW and the water pump only want to trickle. Thursday morning I ring MTRV Gold Coast and Samantha answered the call.
